The Exercise Class programme has been temporarily modified for Covid-19 Safety.
Most session must now be booked in advance and maximum capacities observed.
This live timetable includes up-to-date variations to the published programme such as venue changes and cancellations.
The Sports Club runs a highly successful programme of fitness, dance & relaxation classes that are open to both members and A Card holders
Priority is always given to members if classes reach capacity, a good reason to consider joining the Club. (Click here for Membership Information)
All instructors are fully-qualified, highly knowledgeable, experienced and well-respected amongst fitness professionals.
Class teaching and supervision is to a very high standard.
There are exercise class programme breaks over the Christmas & Easter Holidays and for the calendar month of August each year.
