Exercise Class Timetable

 

The Sports Club runs a highly successful programme of fitness and relaxation classes that are open to members and non-members.
Priority is always given to members if classes reach capacity, a good reason to consider joining the Club. (Click here for Membership Information)

All instructors are fully-qualified, highly knowledgeable, experienced and well-respected amongst fitness professionals.
Class teaching and supervision is to a very high standard.
There are exercise class breaks over the Christmas & Easter Holidays and for the whole of August each year.
