Jenni is an ACCP-certified Mindset Coach and GPBA-accredited Breathwork Facilitator, experienced in helping busy professionals, parents, and leaders reduce stress, manage overwhelm, and enhance their performance.
Mindset coaching uses practical, evidence-based techniques designed to rewire neurological pathways, shifting patterns of thinking to help you overcome challenges such as anxiety, stress, or self-doubt. Jenni also incorporates gentle breathwork exercises, scientifically proven to calm the nervous system and deepen your capacity for sustainable change.
Each session is personalised, supportive, and solution-focused—equipping you with effective strategies to gain clarity, build resilience, and improve your emotional wellbeing, productivity, and performance both professionally and personally.
Breathwork Facilitator
She offers two distinct types of breathwork sessions:
Everyday Breathwork – Simple, practical breathing exercises tailored to improve stress management, sleep quality, emotional resilience, and overall wellbeing. Ideal if you’re new to breathwork and seeking science-based tools for daily life.
Conscious Connected Breathwork – A deeper, guided breathing practice involving a continuous breath pattern to gently release emotional stress, tension, and past experiences stored in the body. Ideal if you feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, or want to experience deeper clarity, emotional release, and renewed focus.
