Physihop Workshop is a physiotherapy-based session designed to improve mobility, build strength, and prevent injuries through expert-led exercises and practical advice
Bootcamp is a full-body workout combining strength, cardio, and functional training. Expect high energy, team spirit, and a serious fitness challenge that gets results fast

Aqua Aerobics Masterclass is a fun, low-impact workout in the water that builds strength, improves fitness, and boosts energy – perfect for all levels!
