Annie Raben-Christensen

Swimming Instructor

Annie is a SEQ Level I and Level 2 qualified swimming teacher who is passionate about both education and aquatic sports. Her experience as a primary school teaching assistant has given her valuable skills in communication, patience, and adapting to different learning needs—skills that directly translate into effective swim instruction.

Her approach is to keep the lesson fun whilst keeping a close eye on correct stroke technique and obviously building  individual confidence. Swimming has always been a major part of her life.

Annie is a year round cold water swimmer and completed a channel relay swim in 2019. She very much looks forward to teaching all ages and abilities and helping to build confident, safe swimmers.
