Reformer Pilates: Reanimate Movement
We’re delighted to announce the launch of a brand new Reformer Pilates class at Dulwich College Sports Club, starting on Saturday 21st February from 9:00am every Saturday. This energising, low-impact session uses specialist reformer machines to bring added resistance and precision to classic Pilates exercises, helping participants develop strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility in a calm and focused studio setting.
These sessions will be delivered by Reanimate Movement, a specialist Pilates provider known for high-quality instruction and a strong focus on movement, control, and technique. Their experienced instructors will guide you through a full-body workout that can be adapted for all abilities, whether you’re completely new to Reformer Pilates or looking to build on existing experience. The reformer’s adjustable resistance makes it ideal for improving core stability, balance, and muscular endurance while remaining kind to the joints.
Class sizes will be kept small to ensure individual attention and a safe, supportive environment, so early booking is strongly recommended. If you’re looking for a session that leaves you feeling stronger, more mobile, and ready for the weekend, the Saturday morning class is the perfect addition to your routine.
