The class is designed for people of all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.

BodyRow classes on Wednesday evenings (8pm),
This class is a HiiT (high intense interval training) based total body workout, we use the rowing machines, combined with strength training.
Starting 26th April till June 28th (except 31st May). £90 for non members. £85 for members.
