I have been interested and involved in the fitness industry for nearly twenty years, mainly concentrating on mobility, posture alignment, running, indoor cycling and resistance/strength training.
My aim is to delivery your sessions in a fun and enjoyable way. I like to work on resistance training alongside interval training, or you can find me in the cycle studio.
