Not yet experienced the thrills and fun of indoor spin cycling sessions? Now’s your chance…

First Timer Only Sessions – try Spin for the first time ONLY with other complete beginners
Big Screen sessions with an instructor to assist and guide you
Bring a Buddy free-of-charge all week (maximum 4 per session)
All regular instructor led sessions will be fun, themed sessions with prize challenges

& the TOUR de DULWICH CHALLENGE!!

Who can cycle the furthest during the week (allotted 10 minute slots in each session)?
Get your entry form from the downloads box, Reception or any cycling instructor from Friday 11 March.
Prizes for best man, woman and under 18.
