Fitness Activities

Our qualified Fitness Instructors are always on hand to provide that important motivation you may need as well as expert guidance and safety tips. In addition they run a number of programmes to make your time in the club more interesting and varied.

Freedom Fitness

Freedom Fitness is the name of our new exciting, energy-filled gym floor class. The classes are designed to introduce members to new exercise skills and techniques in the form of a great workout. Every workout is scalable so everyone, no matter of fitness or mobility can take part.

Classes will be led by our Fitness Instructors and will run for 20-30 minutes from 19:30 every weekday in the Fitness Suite. (The room will remain open for general use).  At present there is no need to book in advance.

Every Freedom Fitness Class is complimentary to all inducted fitness members.

Fit Kids 

Our Fit Kids sessions offer our younger members, aged between 11 and 14, the chance to enjoy and learn about fitness in a safe and supervised environment. Our qualified Fitness Instructors will lead fun, interesting and varied weekly workouts designed to challenge and improve their fitness levels.

Fit Kids sessions will be complimentary to all 11 to 14 year-olds who are included in a family membership.

The sessions run every Saturday & Sunday from 2:00 to 2:45pm. Registration is available up to 1 week in advance via club reception and space are limited to 8 participants per session.
